I was commissioned privately to produce a digital painting of actress Rooney Mara as Lisbeth Salander from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. My client requested that I first paint a portrait of Rooney without her costume and makeup, and then transform this portrait into her iconic character.
I documented this process in a video, which was used to advertise a limited run of fine art prints.
